1. Eligibility: The participant must be a major with a sound mental condition, sociable, good nature and willing to spend 500/- every month with FreeBazar (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer/Beneficiary"). The Subscriber/Partner understands they are not an investor/lender of FreeBazar/SMPL.
2. Promotional Conduct: The Beneficiary shall not force or mislead anyone to promote the movement. SMPL/FreeBazar will not be responsible for any false or misleading statements.
3. Termination: SMPL/FreeBazar reserves the right to accept, reject, cancel, or terminate privileges to any associate/customer/beneficiary for misbehavior, causing inconvenience, damaging property, or unruly acts.
4. Unauthorized Acts: The Subscriber/Partner is responsible for any unauthorized acts and will indemnify SMPL/FreeBazar for all costs and consequences.
5. Operational Issues: SMPL/FreeBazar is not liable for any inconvenience caused by delayed rewards, system breakdowns, or operational delays.
6. Password Security: The Beneficiary must maintain the secrecy and privacy of their transaction password. SMPL/FreeBazar/allied stores will not be responsible for any misuse.
7. Ownership Rights: The Beneficiary has no ownership rights and can only enjoy offers/privileges for the stipulated period. In the event of demise, rights and privileges can be transferred to the nominee.
8. Tax Compliance: The Subscriber/Partner agrees to comply with the company's directives for tax deduction at source as per the Income Tax Act.
9. Validity Period: This agreement is valid for one year and needs to be revalidated/renewed after one year.
10. Policy Changes: SMPL will notify the Subscriber/Partner/Beneficiary of any changes in policies and procedures. SMPL will strive to keep customer information confidential but may disclose and use it for data processing or reward activities.

Any dispute arising out of, or in relation to, or in connection with this venture/contract shall first be attempted to be settled by conciliation and negotiation between the parties. If a negotiated settlement is not reached within one month from the date of delivery of the notice of dispute, the parties shall have the right to refer the matter to arbitration.
Any dispute between the Beneficiary and SMPL shall be referred to an Arbitrator, including the Legal Advisor of M/s. Satshree Marketing Pvt. Ltd. The decision of the Arbitrator shall be final and binding on all parties. The place of jurisdiction shall be Bhubaneswar exclusively.

This venture is a mutual understanding between the Subscriber/Partner and M/s. Satshree Marketing Pvt. Ltd., as per the aforesaid terms and conditions of Freebazar. I hereby confirm that I have gone through, read, and understood the above terms and conditions. I am not a minor and am competent to execute this agreement, which I shall abide by, and it is acceptable to me.
